Sven Hoffmann studied photography at the Hochschule der Künste in Berlin from 1986-1992, graduating as a master student. Already during this time, he focused his artistic work on the element of water and its photographic representation. He developed this focus consistently over the years, expanding his concept of art to include social and ecological aspects. Eventually he established the Aqua Globalis project, which, in addition to the artistic representation of water, is also dedicated to the social and environmental significance of clean water and access to it. – In excellent condition.
